What I Knocked off My To-Do List

THIS WAS THE ORIGINAL things I wish I had done in Japan

Things I did this time around:

21/To wander around some of the older areas of Tokyo like Nezu and Yanaka and find the shrines there (16/3/16)

18/ Take a cable car ride up Mt Takao and do some of the walks around (17/3/16)

25/See the large Buddha at Kamakura (18/3/16)

3/See Osaka-jo at night time (19/3/16)

7/ To stay in Osaka and go to Dotonburi for food and nightlife, and go to Shinsekai Market to shop.(19/3/16)

14/ Ate scallops at a market in Osaka so almost eating at a fish market but still have to do it properly (19/3/16)

6/ Go to Universal Studios in Osaka and see how it compares to the one in the US (21/3/16)

5/Spend more time outside of Kyoto like visiting Himeji Castle (23/3/16)

11/Up the Shin-Kobe ropeway (24/3/16)

5/To take a walk along the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove and the Red Gates of Fushimi Inari (25/3/16)

18/NAGOYA...a must next time around as would like to see the castle and the amazing modern architecture.(26/3/16)

16/Nikko with its' shrine and national park (27 and 28/3/16)

I am pleased with the fact that I managed to knock off some of my to-do list, but it doesn't mean my new one is much shorter (because like I said last time the joy of traveling means you get to add more things to do each time you go)

And if I ever get the chance to come back to Japan I hope I will still have a feeling of wonder as I enjoy the country one more time,
