Okay, time for my 7 wonders of Seoul, remembering that this is just MY opinion of my trip to Seoul and will not be applicable to everyone and I am sure if I do a return trip anytime soon it will change because I will do other thing so in no particular order here they are......

1/ People- This applies to both Seoul and my 7 Wonders of South Korea and I chose to put one here and another of my favourites of both there. We were so lucky while we were in South Korea, we met some beautiful, welcoming people who made us feel at home and that made my trip to South Korea more special.

2/ The iKON concert-for me this was wonderful, for two reasons, because iKON is my favourite K-Pop group and to actually be at a K-Pop concert in the country were the music genre was created and to see how respectful but still be so passionate about the music that they hear and the performers. I happily sang and danced along, waving my lightstick and really happy to be part of the iKONIC crowd.
3/ Love the metro/train system, it was so easy to get around and so efficient that I am going to dread going home to the trains there (thankfully I don't use them a lot but poor Jenna is going to hate her trip to uni after using the trains while we have been away)

4/ The palaces area amazing, all of them, and even though they have all gone through a lot of reconstruction due to war, age and expansion I could envision the stories that the walls had to tell There were many times when I would glimpse people in their hanboks and I could almost feel as if I had been transported into the past.

5/ Markets- funny I am not a great shopper at home but I love the
atmosphere of a market, the different stalls, the food, the lively comraderie and the vibe all help me to part with my money and I can't wait to come back and spend more money in the markets of Seoul.

6/ Bukchon Hanok Village- I loved getting lost in Seoul's hanok village because there are so many beautiful buildings and I am glad that we did it in the winter when there were not as many tourists around. This is also a place where I would love to explore again in more depth because there are so many different nooks and cranies, laneways and alleys to wander down and we did only a small bit of the area.
7/ Cheonggyecheon Stream and the other water ways that have been
